Casita is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and offers the comforts you need inside and out. The beautifully landscaped backyard has plenty of seating, gas grill, and gas fire pit.

Understanding fees for refunded payments
Cancellations for bookings made through VRBO or Directly will incur a cancellation fee upon refunding a payment/charge. Stripe charges a 3% processing fee for the original transaction and another 3% fee to process a refund.
A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.
To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Desert Sky Realty & Investments does not return our processing fees when a payment is refunded.

Comfy Cozy Convenient Casita
A comfy cozy casita that's walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Mesilla square and some local trails. The backyard is roomy and private with nice hangout spots and good vibes. The bed is comfortable (firm, like we prefer). There's also a washer/dryer which turned out to be quite convenient. We love the colorful decor and attention to detail in this beautiful, charming home and hope to return soon.
Great location, super comfortable
This is our second stay and we plan to be back. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. We love being able to walk to the plaza, church and other Mesilla Park destinations. And it's just a short drive to our meetings on campus.
Very Pleasant Stay
This is a very pleasant and comfortable casita an easy walk from the Mesilla plaza, shops and restaurants. My wife and I spent a 4-day Christmas holiday. The casita is very clean, spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full Christmas dinner. While we didn’t use the backyard, it’s comfortable with a patio and fire ring. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Mesilla!
Very Close Amenities!
The Charming Adobe Casita, doesn’t describe enough how amazingly special this place is. My daughter and I and her two toddlers wanted to have a restful 2-nite stay after a two week road trip while we were on our way home to TX. This place is quaint and SUPER CLEAN. We didn’t have any issue with our babies crawling all over the floor. We were only 800 feet from the beautiful historic church, the square for shopping and eating… and we had a great time walking there. It was not too far for the kids to walk. Then 700 feet in the other direction were two wonderful restaurants! We chose The Dog House and the food was delicious! The casita is adobe, has very spacious rooms and bathroom! The outside back yard was very private and had a lovely landscape with a bbq, fire pit, and chairs to relax in. The toddlers loved it! There was a queen bed in one room and it was comfy. A pull out sofa-bed was available in the other living room and worked great. I would personally suggest putting a king bed in that living space, because the entry-dining-kitchen area is large enough to use as a living space… and then have two comfy bedrooms. We will be back!! The carport was a plus and in the summer months I think guests would really appreciate that! If you are looking for a cute place close to Mesilla square, coffee shop and restaurants… snag this place!

Cuter in person!!
I absolutely loved this casita!! I want to LIVE in it!! Not far from restaurants, salons, grocery stores, shops! Quiet neighborhood with great starwatching from the backyard or adorable front porch! The kitchen had everything you need to cook or bake! You can do laundry. You stream movies. The shower alone was bigger than my whole bathroom! I will definitely stay here again!
