Master bedroom includes a mounted smart tv and large garden jacuzzi tub in the adjoining master bath. Enjoy the private backyard with covered patio and outdoor sitting. Venture up the spiral staircase which leads to a viewing deck with fabulous mountain and valley views. This is a great place to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises while sipping your coffee or vino :-)

Understanding fees for refunded payments
Cancellations for bookings made through VRBO or Directly will incur a cancellation fee upon refunding a payment/charge. Stripe charges a 3% processing fee for the original transaction and another 3% fee to process a refund.
A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.
To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Desert Sky Realty & Investments does not return our processing fees when a payment is refunded.

We were in town for a wedding and graduation. This house looks exactly like the photos and is in a very nice neighborhood. Actually, backs up to the golf course. Bring your clubs.

I spent 70 nights at this townhouse while escaping Ohio winter weather. The location is ideal! I enjoyed many walks through Picacho Hills and the views were perfect! The townhouse was very comfortable and well maintained!! Access to town was within 5 miles. It was a very good sojourn!! Thank you!

Great location overlooking the Mesilla Valley. Quiet, upscale neighborhood ideal for morning walks. House was the perfect size. Was very happy with our selection.
Book for rooftop deck alone
The rooftop deck is beautiful for sunset and moonrise. The property is lovely, all amenities provided. Very firm memory foam in the master bedroom. Jacuzzi tub was nice after a long day at White Sands. We can highly recommend booking this property.
Great stay!
The house is a nice little rustic style house and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and easy to get to. Has a nice view of the golf course and the owners were very clear on checking in/out instructions
