This home features 1,387 Square feet, 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 outdoor living spaces; the inviting front courtyard entry and the spacious patio off the living room which can also be accessed from the master suite. The master suite is exceptional, the bedroom has huge walk in closet, additional sitting/office area, walk in shower and a soaking tub. The house is filled with natural light from all the windows throughout. The welcoming living room has a La-Z-Boy sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Cozy up in the living room with the kiva fireplace and large flat screen tv for entertainment. There is a 2-car garage for your use as well! Adding to the amazing ambiance is the southwestern decor of the house with nichos and wonderful pops of color throughout, The tall ceilings, cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace make this a perfect place to call your home away from home.

Understanding fees for refunded payments
Cancellations for bookings made through VRBO or Directly will incur a cancellation fee upon refunding a payment/charge. Stripe charges a 3% processing fee for the original transaction and another 3% fee to process a refund.
A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.
To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Desert Sky Realty & Investments does not return our processing fees when a payment is refunded.

Beautiful Sunny Sonoma Hideaway
We were immensely pleased with our stay at the Sunny Sonoma Hideaway. The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Melissa has made sure to go above and beyond with nice amenities that make you feel very much at home. She also made sure to keep us well informed of any information we needed for checking in and out. All in all, we had a wonderful week visiting family and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip.
Sunny Sonoma Hideaway
We were quite pleased with our stay at Sunny Sonoma HIdeaway. The home is very nice, clean well appointed and maintained. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Beautiful backyard and landscaping with a nice hot-tub. There is easy access to the city and foothills for walking and hiking trails. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the use of your home.
